Thank you for choosing Deluxe Auto Detailing LLC. To ensure your experience is as smooth and efficient as possible, please review the following details and guidelines. This document outlines important information about preparing for your appointment, what to expect during the service, payment policies, and more.
Preparing Your Vehicle for interior detailing
To help us provide the highest quality service, please take the following steps before your appointment:
- Remove personal belongings and trash: Please clear out any personal items, including loose change, bags, and electronics. While we are careful and try to organize personal belongings as best as possible, they can potentially be mistaken for trash and discarded. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. We have a min $15 fee (maximum of $40) for trash and/or personal items left in the vehicle. This fee covers the additional time required to remove, organize, and bag these items prior to beginning the service.
- Remove car seats: If you have child seats installed, removing them allows us to clean more thoroughly. Car seats that are removed will not be re-installed due to liability concerns.
- Empty center console/glove box: If your service includes interior detailing, an empty center console and glove box allows us to detail those areas. Any personal items stored in these areas will not be taken out and the areas wont be cleaned.
What to Expect
Here’s what you can expect during your appointment:
- Arrival & Inspection: Upon arrival, we will assess your vehicle’s condition and confirm the services requested. We may offer suggestions if we find any additional areas that would benefit from attention.
- Time Estimates: Service durations vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and the selected service. We do our best to provide an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle. Please be aware that above average conditions, heavy soiling, or additional requests may require extra time.
- Communication: (In shop): We believe in keeping you informed throughout the process of caring for your vehicle. For in-shop detailing, we send two text messages: one providing an update about half way through the process and the other sent when completed. If there’s anything you forgot to mention at drop-off, now is the time to share it. This keeps you aware of your vehicle’s status and allows you to arrange a convenient pick-up time.
- Communication: (Mobile Detailing) For mobile detailing, you’ll receive a text when our technician is en route to your location and another when they arrive. This keeps you informed and ensures you’re ready when they arrive to start the service.
Payment & Policies
Please review the following policies related to payment and appointments:
- $80 Retainer: We require an $80 retainer due upon booking detailing and tinting services and a 25% retainer for ceramic coatings to hold your appointment. This retainer will be applied to the total service cost. Retainer invoices not paid within 12 hours of booking will be subject to the loss of the appointment day & time.
- Cancellations: You are responsible for notifying us of any necessary changes to your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. This enables us to manage our resources and accommodate other clients effectively.
- Late Arrivals/No Shows: If you’re running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and a no-show fee equal to the estimated “Total Cost” (up to $200) will be charged automatically. This policy ensures we stay on schedule and respect the time of other customers.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

Mobile Detailing Important Information
- Our mobile van is fully equipped with its own water tank and generator. We kindly ask that you have your vehicle parked in a safe, accessible space where our technician can comfortably work on it.
- Since our technician will be working at your home for several hours, we kindly ask that you consider allowing or offering them the use of your restroom, as we’re all human. This helps ensure they can remain focused and continue providing quality service for your vehicle.
In-Shop Detailing important information
- After hours drop off – Please review the link to the page on our website that was sent at the time of booking. Our key drop is located on the right hand side of our garage. https://deluxecardetail.com/our-location/
- After hours pick up – We understand that schedules can get busy. If necessary, we can arrange for after-hours vehicle pick-up with prior notice. Our lot is secured with cameras, and with your trust, we can leave the key in our after-hours key drop box, which is protected by a custom combination (the last four digits of the primary phone number on file) for your convenience.
- Scheduled start time – While we strive to stay on schedule, please understand that the scheduled start time doesn’t always guarantee an exact start. Unexpected situations can arise, and occasionally, we may fall behind. To help ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that customers arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
- Our shop is NOT equipped with a waiting area. Please arrange a ride for drop-off and pick-up. If needed, we can discuss shuttle or pick-up/drop-off options for an additional fee.
- KEYS REQUIRED: Vehicle keys must be provided at the time of service. This includes Tesla key cards, fobs, or any vehicles equipped with keyless entry/start systems. If your vehicle’s keys are not present at the time of your appointment, the service cannot proceed, and the retainer will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Time and Additional Fees Disclaimer
Our detailing services and package pricing are based on the vehicle’s average condition and the selected package, tailored to the vehicle’s size for accurate estimates. While we strive to complete as much as possible within the estimated timeframe, extensive cleaning needs or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time. Excessive pet hair, heavy interior/exterior buildup, or neglected vehicles may require additional time and fees beyond what’s included in the selected package. We’ll assess the condition before starting, recommend any necessary upgrades, and confirm with you before moving forward.
If additional time is needed (excluding add on services), an extra time fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply, with your prior approval. This disclaimer reflects the time and effort necessary to properly care for your vehicle but does not guarantee that all tasks will be completed within the original estimate.
ADDITIONAL Notes
- Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule mobile appointments to ensure service quality and safety. If this applies, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Please note: Weather-related rescheduling decisions are made at our discretion. Customers may not request to reschedule based solely on weather unless we determine it impacts our ability to perform the service.
- Our Right to Reschedule or Cancel: While we strive to maintain our commitment to scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen factors beyond our control. Such factors may include adverse weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or staffing considerations.
Pre-Service Consultation
